Road damaged after cloud burst was created by Ern Tailor

If anyone is planning to travel on the C28 just be aware. Yesterday's (16 Dec 2020) cloud burst in the area has caused a lot of damage. The road should currently only be attempted with a 4x4. Sedans are a no-go.
