TiA is developed in Africa (Namibia), by Namibians, with a vested interest in tourism in Africa. Support to tourism suppliers is also local, quick and easily reachable. No need to reach out to support centres in different time zones.

Added to that TiA is the first website, which encompases all key tourism aspects that Africa so unique. No need to book tourism services elsewhere.

Registered users can easily navigate through their favourite tourism suppliers, keep track of their bookings and events, manage their own profile, keep informed on preferred Travelers' Forum entries and even apply for published job offerings. All of these functions are organized in an easy to navigate menu under My TiA.
Travel Forum
All our tourism suppliers & partners have full access to our Travel Forum, including to areas of the Forum, which are restricted to the travel trade only. This enables better communication with potential clients and within the tourism sector.
Free of charge for the first two months
Zero costs, zero risk, zero long-term commitment! In an effort to help the tourism industry recover from the devastating impact of Covid, all services offered to tourism suppliers through this website are completely free of charge for the first two month after sign-up. Thereafter commission fees and in some cases subscription fees will be charged, but only for confirmed bookings.

A picture tells more than a 1000 words. Accommodation establishments can upload unlimited pictures for their property, their rooms and their offered services, which will help to get more bookings.

Our reservation management tool allows you to have full insight into all your bookings at any time. You can even add reservations from external sources, such as walk-ins or through other channels. Manage all your bookings in one place.
Direct payment
Payments for travel services are made directly to the accommodation establishment and owners / managers can define their own terms of payment, including pre-payments and possible deposit payments.
Complex rates
You can load complex ratre structures with different seasonal rates, different price categories for e.g. adults and children or different customer types and even include discounts and coupons.
Extras
You can load extra services such as game drives, additional meals or any other extra service that you offer at your accommodation establishment. These are then also directly bookable together with the normal reservation.
Create invoices
You can create custom-designed invoices with your own company logo, which are automatically generated through our booking system and which, if required, are sent out to the respective customer electronically.
Feedback
Manage feedback from clients after their stay at your accommodation establishment. Feedback requests are sent out automatically after each checkout.
Multiple Room Categories
There is no limit to the different types of room categories or campsites you can load into our system. Each room category can be individually set up to meet your unique requirements.

Prepare check-in sheets
With customizable check-in sheets for each booking, the checkin process is be fully automated, quick and easy. The time consumung manual printing of individual checkin sheets is no longer necessary.

By listing your event in our Events Calendar you can ensure that you reach a wider audience and have a greater attendance at your event.
Paid or free
You can list any kind of event - ranging from free events such as weekly sports gatherings up to large corporate events for which attendants need to register and pay for access.
Limit available space
Event managers can limit the amount of space available for a certain event. If a cooking class only has space for 10 persons it can be set as such to avoid over booking.
