And we believe, we have managed to create the perfect booking management tool, especially for small accommodation establishments.

Not just another booking portal

Due to the many different components that are included in TiA, the website reaches a far wider audience than any other booking portal. Additional to that, TiA includes a full booking management component, which gives accommodation managers a whole range of tools to streamline their business and be able to concentrate on serving your guests, while improving their bookings and income at the same time.

Accommodation managers have access to the dedicated TiA Partner Portal, from where they are able to manage everything concerning their property and bookings.
Some of the core features available are:
  • Edit and change the information and pictures of your property and rooms and any time.
  • Use the powerful marketing tools such as discounts and vouchers, that can also be created at any time and include near limitless possibilities to set them up to exactly meet the needs of your accommodation establishment.
  • Manage your bookings and have complete oversight as to who will arrive and depart and when.
  • The booking calendar allows you to easily amend bookings and do room planning in a few simple clicks.
  • Load multiple rates and rate levels for different customers types. The TiA booking system will automatically calculate the correct rates for infants, children or even other customer groups such as SADC residents.

Optional Extras

Since most accommodation establishments in Africa also offer additional serives such as game drives, boat cruises or other guided activities, the TiA booking Portal has been designed to be able to handle these optional extras as well. Simply load any and all optional extras that you offer and clients will be able to book them together (or separately) with the room booking.

Campsites

A big part of travel in Southern Africa are camping safaris. Through the TiA booking systems campsite managers are also able to have online bookability for their campsites. We have create special facility options that are aimed at campsites and you can easily set bookings to be per person or per campsite and also set the maximum amount of persons per campsite.

Zero Risk

We are aware that you probably already have some system in place for which you paid large amounts of money and are therefore reluctant to just abandon.

For this reason we created the two month trial period, which means that you can test our system, get used to it and even receive bookings through it at ZERO cost. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly charges, no long-term commitments and during the trial period you will not pay any commission on any bookings.

If you are as convinced about the possibilities of TiA as we are once the trial period ends, you can easily upgrade to the Standard Subscription, which entails that we will charge a small commission on realized bookings only, no other costs or commitments.

The best thing about TiA is, it does not cost you a monthly fixed fee like many other booking management tools. TiA will only generate costs, if you already earned an income through TiA. This makes it the perfect booking management tool especially in current times, when bookings are still very uncertain due to world-wide travel restrictions.

TiA does not collect money on behalf of clients

Any bookings that are generated through the TiA Booking Portal are paid for by the clients directly to you and on your terms. Accommodation establishments can choose from multiple payment options that are included directly into the booking process. TiA does not collect any money from clients for bookings. Payments by clients are made directly to you.

TiA only charges a small commission for facilitating the booking. This commission is only payable after the clients have stayed at your accommodation establishment. Commission invoices are also prepared in your local currency and payment is through a easy-to-use payment gateway, which significantly reduces your banking charges.
