Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be received in writing. Charges will be calculated as of the time of cancellation of the reservation prior to 30 days there is a full refund of deposit fees. 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% forfeiture of deposit fee 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 100% forfeiture of deposit fee 7 and less days prior to arrival: 100% of booking fee will be charged
